It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Start your career with FCC and become part of our global team of passionate waste industry professionals.Position SummaryThis role will manage all aspects of the operations of a solid waste collection facility and provides support to all route members of the team in all aspects of daily operations.Primary Duties And ResponsibilitiesManages P&L for internal and external sales, procurement, operations, brokerage, transportation, safety, etc.Responsible for the maintenance of budgetsEstablishes and manages long term-goals that adhere with Company goals and standardsManages all relationships with business representatives from commercial and industrial accounts, municipalities, retail, distribution centers and other areasAssist in negotiating business terms directly with large waste generators, waste haulers, brokers, etc.Establish, implement, and manage a strong safety culture amongst all employeesManage the transportation and logistics functions for collection route operationsRequirementsExperience and Competencies:Experience in managing a fleet routing systemWaste management experience with residential or commercial collection a plusMinimum of five years of management experienceDemonstrated success in managing a large collection operationExperience managing a fleet of solid waste or recycling collection vehicles (commercial frontload, roll-off, tractor trailer, flatbed, etc.)Previous experience managing DOT regulated operationProficient in Microsoft Office suiteEducationBachelors Degree preferred, or High School diploma and combination of work experienceBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentFCC Environmental Services, LLC operates in a multicultural, global environment and is a richly diverse organization operating seamlessly as one company.
