Senior Full-Stack Application Developer (AWS | Salesforce | Mulesoft) - Technical Lead Location: Remote - EST About the Role We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Application Developer / Tech Lead to design and build scalable, cloud-based solutions that power high-volume lead generation across multiple brands. This is a hands-on engineering role with technical leadership responsibilities , where you will architect systems, lead complex integrations, and influence the direction of our technology stack. You will work across AWS, Salesforce, and Mulesoft ecosystems, owning systems that process thousands of transactions daily. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex system challenges, mentoring engineers, and building high-impact, scalable solutions. What You'll Do Architect and build scalable AWS solutions using serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions) Develop and customize Salesforce applications (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows) Design and implement integrations using Mulesoft and APIs (REST/SOAP) Lead technical design discussions and drive architectural decisions across systems Build and optimize data pipelines across AWS, Salesforce, and Snowflake Mentor developers through code reviews and engineering best practices Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Develop and support Amazon Connect solutions (IVR, Lambda integrations) Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability across high-volume environments Identify and address technical debt while balancing business priorities What You Bring 7+ years of professional software development experience 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2, RDS, Step Functions) Proven experience with Mulesoft integrations Experience in a senior or lead developer role with mentorship responsibilities Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Python and Java Experience integrating systems across Salesforce, AWS, Snowflake, and marketing/contact center platforms Strong SQL and database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, RDS) Experience with Snowflake data warehousing Ability to debug complex, multi-system issues Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to Have Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II) Experience with Amazon Connect or contact center technologies What Success Looks Like Deliver high-quality solutions on time with minimal production issues Accurately scope and estimate technical work Maintain strong code quality and engineering standards Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy J-18808-Ljbffr
