You will work alongside a team of experienced veterinarians, technicians, and support staff and will work closely with the Hospital Manager and Regional Manager. We are a well-established, full-service veterinary hospital serving the Farmington Valley and greater Hartford region. We provide compassionate, high-quality care to dogs and cats across all life stages—from preventative medicine and dentistry to soft-tissue surgery, internal medicine, diagnostics, and urgent care services. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality veterinary medicine and surgery to dogs and cats (routine exams, preventive care, dental, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery). Participate in diagnostics using our in-house lab and imaging capabilities. Educate clients and build long-term relationships. Collaborate with our team across departments to deliver seamless patient care. For the Medical Director track: leadership in clinical protocols, mentoring colleagues, driving hospital initiatives and growth. What We Offer Rewarding base salary of $140K - $160K.
