Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Advocate II located in Macon, GA. The Financial Advocate II will provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with their financial needs. Responsibilities include processing transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, providing information on credit union products and services, resolving member issues or inquiries, and educating members on financial best practices. The role also involves promoting and cross-selling financial products, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records. Qualifications Strong understanding of financial products and services, including accounts, loans, and creditProficiency in customer service, relationship-building, and active listeningSkills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolutionExperience in data entry, record keeping, and organization for efficient operationsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesKnowledge of standard banking software and customer relationship management (CRM) systemsRelevant experience in financial services, sales, or customer service is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is advantageous
