Applicants for the Director of Purchasing position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and have 7-10 years' of progressive leadership experience in procurement or supply chain, particularly within the residential construction sector. The role requires a proven track record in strategic sourcing, cost management, and contract negotiation, as well as strong financial and analytical capabilities. Experience with modern ERP or purchasing systems is essential, and familiarity with homebuilding platforms is beneficial.
