Café Associate (Workforce Development)
Position OverviewCafé Associates participate in a structured Workforce Development Program designed to buildleadership, customer service, and transferable workplace skills through hands-on experience in caféoperations. Participants gain confidence, professionalism, and independence to support long-termemployment success.Please note: This is a part-time, temporary role lasting approximately 4–8 weekKey Responsibilities Assist with daily café operations, including food preparation, cleaning, and customer service. Learn and apply safe food handling and sanitation practices. Provide friendly, professional service to all customers. Work collaboratively with team members to meet café goals. Participate in training sessions and feedback meetings focused on skill development.
