The Enterprise Applications Analyst provides Tier II technical support, resolves complex system issues, and partners with business units to enhance application performance while contributing to the stability and continuous improvement of the enterprise applications environment and reinforcing a culture rooted in the Cooperative's Essential Attributes.JOB DIMENSIONSInternal Responsibility Partners closely with IT teammates and business units to support enterprise applications, address complex technical challenges, and improve workflows that drive operational efficiency.External Responsibility Collaborates with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot issues, coordinate system updates, and maintain reliable technology solutions aligned with organizational needs.Principal AccountabilitiesModels the Cooperative's Essential Attributes as a consistent pattern of behavior and encourages the same in others.Provides Tier II support for enterprise applications by independently troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions.Administers and maintains enterprise systems to ensure performance, reliability, and data integrity.Oversees day-to-day application functionality and proactively addresses system concerns before they impact business operations.Partners with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and recommend system enhancements and workflow improvements.Leads testing efforts for upgrades, patches, and new implementations to support successful deployment.Develops and maintains reports and dashboards to support informed decision-making.Coordinates with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.Maintains system documentation, configurations, and procedures to promote operational consistency.Participates in project initiatives related to application integrations, enhancements, and migrations, often owning assigned workstreams.Identifies potential system risks and recommends mitigation strategies to protect business continuity.Exercises sound professional judgment when prioritizing and resolving competing technical demands.Minimum RequirementsEducation and Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Candidates bring at least two years of progressively responsible experience supporting or administering enterprise applications and demonstrate the ability to operate independently in a technical environment. Relevant certifications (such as Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Data Analyst, Laserfiche, or similar technologies) are preferred.RoleOperational / Functional Experience The ideal candidate is a trusted technical professional with strong analytical capability and the ability to manage complex systems with minimal oversight. Experience that will contribute to success in this role may include, but is not limited to:Providing Tier II application or systems support Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis System administration or configuration experience Supporting upgrades, integrations, or implementations Reporting and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.) Experience partnering with business stakeholders Exposure to CIS, ERP, GIS, or similar enterprise platforms preferredWhile no candidate is expected to possess expertise in every area listed, successful candidates will demonstrate strong technical judgment, initiative, and accountability.Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Must possess advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical issues independently. Must communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while maintaining a professional, solutions-oriented approach. Must be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Must exercise sound professional judgment to identify system risks, protect data integrity, and support reliable application performance with minimal disruption to business operations.This is not an entry-level IT role. This position requires hands-on experience independently supporting and troubleshooting enterprise applications (Tier II level or higher).
