Seeking BE/BC Child and Adult Psychiatrists who want to do a mix of inpatient and outpatient work in the Richmond, VA area. Since 1978 the physicians, psychologists, social workers and counselors of this group have been providing individuals and families with psychiatric, substance abuse and mental health treatment that is tailored to the individual s needs. Requires one weekend per month of hospital coverage. 2 offices are in underserved areas and able to provide J1 waiver or H1b sponsorship. Compensation & Benefits: First-year salary guarantee of $300,000. Income potential once ramped up is in the $350,000 to $750,000 range. Some do more. Compensation is based on collections. Providers get 65% of collections for the work that they do less any direct expenses related to them individually.
