RDM Hospitality is looking for experienced chefs to complete our team. RDM Hospitality has a new fresh approach to both cuisine and guest experience. This could be a terrific opportunity to anyone looking to expand and bring their own knowledge to a new and exponentially growing company.

We are looking for professionals that are dedicated to their craft, are thoughtful in their actions, and very passionate and knowledgeable about the hospitality industry. It is important to be a motivated self-starter, and possess hunger for learning and growing. You are serious about precision and are calculated in your efficiencies. Must be proficient and respect the restaurant equipment, work in a neat and organized manner. You enjoy your work and it shows to your fellow teammates and guests alike.
What You Will Do But Not Limited To
Expedite nightly service and ensure quality (busiest days are a must, ie: weekends)
Oversee every component of daily operations including but not limited to: food and labor costs, daily prep, line set up, purchasing
Communicate clearly with ALL members of the management team, kitchen and front of house staffs
Enforce dress code
Scheduling management (if applicable) and hourly staff
Mentoring subordinate staff
Problem solve whenever necessary
Create daily specials
Report to upper management / ownership (if applicable)
What You Need to Bring to the Table
3+ years of Higher Management/Executive Sous Chef/ Sous Chef experience
High end level restaurant experience is a must
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong passion and dedication to food, beverage, and hospitality
Polished, professional and energetic approach management
Ability to work well in a systems-driven environment
Ability to be adaptable and abide by the policies and values of the company
Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Pay: $52,500.00 - $75,000.00 per year
