The position involves leading the design and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions, overseeing technology development, and driving innovation in AI and machine learning applications. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to integrate advanced AI technologies into business processes and also monitor the scalability and efficiency of AI-driven systems. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's technological advancements align with business goals.QualificationsStrong foundation in Computer Science and Data Science, with demonstrated expertise in these domains.Hands-on experience with Pattern Recognition and Natural Language Processing (NLP).Proficiency in Computer Vision and related technologies.Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage technical teams effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and strategic implementation.Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in AI-driven projects within the BPM or outsourcing industry is an advantage.
