Since 2009, GMIC AI has completed over 250 ODM/OEM projects for global clients including Airbus and Siemens.One of our flagship GTM products, Telalive, is an AI receptionist that answers business calls 24/7 for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), helping merchants never miss a call, booking, or customer inquiry.We are now expanding Telalive through direct, offline GTM execution — meeting merchants face-to-face, demonstrating real demos, and converting interest into pilots and paying customers.The RoleWe are looking for a hands-on, field-oriented GTM Associate who enjoys talking to business owners, walking into stores, and showing live product demos.This role is ideal for someone who:Is comfortable selling in personCan explain a tech product in simple, business-friendly languageEnjoys fast feedback, quick pilots, and real revenue impactThis is not a pure marketing or content role — it is a frontline GTM execution role.What You’ll DoOffline GTM & Merchant OutreachVisit local businesses (restaurants, salons, clinics, retail stores, service SMBs)Introduce Telalive and clearly explain its value to business owners or managersQualify merchants and identify high-intent prospectsLive Demo & Product PresentationRun live Telalive demos (call-in, call-handling, AI responses, message capture)Customize demo messaging based on merchant type (restaurant vs salon vs clinic)Answer basic product, pricing, and workflow questions confidentlyPilot & ConversionConvert interested merchants into free trials / pilotsCollect feedback from real usage and report insights to the teamSupport conversion from pilot → paid subscriptionGTM Feedback LoopShare frontline insights with product and marketing teamsHelp refine demo scripts, objection handling, and positioningIdentify patterns in merchant needs and objectionsWhat You Bring0–3 years experience in sales, GTM, business development, or customer-facing rolesStrong in-person communication and persuasion skillsComfortable talking to strangers and business ownersAbility to explain technology in clear, non-technical languageSelf-motivated, action-oriented, and results drivenFluent English required; Mandarin or Spanish is a plusBased in or able to commute within Greater Los AngelesAuthorized to work in the U.S.Nice to Have (But Not Required)Experience selling to SMBs (restaurants, salons, retail, clinics)Experience with SaaS, AI tools, or call-center / receptionist solutionsPrior door-to-door, field sales, or event demo experienceWhy You’ll Love It HereReal-world impact: You’ll see merchants use Telalive the same day you demo itFast feedback loop: What works converts immediatelyHigh ownership: Your demos directly drive revenueStartup speed: Ideas turn into product changes fastGrowth path: Opportunity to grow into GTM Lead, Sales Lead, or Vertical OwnerCompensation Base salary + performance-based commission (Exact structure depends on experience and availability)
