This professional leads the definition of end-to-end analytics and business intelligence architectures, supporting technical teams throughout the data lifecycle, promoting quality standards, scalability, maintainability, and the adoption of emerging technologies (AI, Automation, and Commercial/Operational Intelligence).Principal ResponsibilitiesLead the strategy and execution of business intelligence and data visualization solutions.Guide, supervise, and mentor a team of analysts and data professionals.Define standards for data transformation, modeling, and cleaning, ensuring consistency and governance.Design complex dashboards and reports that facilitate strategic decision-making in the business.Collaborate in the design and integration of secure and scalable data architectures.Requirements and ExperienceProven experience leading data teams, analysts, or complex analytics initiatives.Advanced proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.Strong experience in data transformation, modeling, and management of data structures.Knowledge in Python (desirable) for data analysis and processing.
