Onspring Developer
We are looking for a hands-on *Onspring Developer / Configuration Engineer* to support the configuration, development, and ongoing enhancement of the Onspring GRC platform for a healthcare / health plan client. The ideal candidate has direct, specific experience configuring and building on Onspring and can independently translate governance, risk, and compliance requirements into working platform solutions.
*Mandatory Technical skills: -*
- Proven, hands-on experience configuring and developing on the Onspring platform (required — not a general GRC or low-code background).
- Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms and workflow design.
- Working knowledge of GRC concepts: risk management, compliance, policy management, audit, and third-party/vendor risk.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage configuration tasks end-to-end, and meet delivery timelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage directly with client stakeholders.

- Prior experience in the healthcare or health plan industry.
- Consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
Familiarity with related GRC platforms (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, Archer, MetricStream) is a plus
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
