What We Offer: Hourly pay + 100% of your tips Stylists average $1,500–$2,000/month in tips Flexible scheduling (within store hours: 10am–8pm) Top-tier training including patented lash plate system & LED lash technology Support for health insurance through Covered California A clean, modern, ergonomic work environment Growth potential within a rapidly expanding franchise Requirements: Valid California Esthetician or Cosmetology License (Required) 1+ year experience as a Lash Stylist (Required) Skilled in Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash techniques Experience in lash lifts, brow laminations, tints, and waxing Passionate about beauty and lash artistry Strong customer service skills Certified in lash extensions (preferred) Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented What You’ll Do: Provide expert lash and brow services Create custom lash looks using proper techniques Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance Promote memberships, packages, and retail products Maintain a clean and professional work environment Support day-to-day studio operations Why LashBar™ Santa Clara?
