ITIL Foundation CertificationMinimum of 2-4 years' experience with BMC Remedy (version 20.02), or equivalent ITSM toolStrong working knowledge of the CMDB and Asset Management methodology, tools, terminology, and industry best practicesExcellent communication skills listening, verbal and written, including meeting management and facilitation.Excellent organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities successfully, delivering with high quality.Excellent customer service skills servicing and interfacing with individuals across IT(customers) in different rolesProficient using all Microsoft applications(Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)Provides day to day operational & maintenance support of production issues, troubleshooting/debugging and resolving of issues related to Asset Management module in Remedy and Service Now. Develops and implements processes and procedures for tracking and analyzing software, hardware, and equipment through the lifecycle.
