The Leasing Consultant is our community's sale representative and is responsible for interacting with residents (potential and existing), assist with touring the property, providing accurate information about the apartment homes, processing rental applications, securing lease agreements for qualified persons, assisting with lease renewals, and fostering a positive, active and collaborative relationship with residents, communities, vendors and associated agencies.1+ years' experience as a leasing consultant at a multi-family community of 100+ unitsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with residents and collaborate effectively with team membersKnowledge of leasing and rental processes, including preparing, processing, and tracking leases and renewalsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle conflict resolution, complaints, and provide a high level of customer service tailored to the community demographicProficiency in scheduling and calendar management to coordinate community events, meetings, and maintenance appointmentsHave knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other regulations governing multi-family housing operationsMust have a valid driver's licenseBonus SkillsKnowledge of Yardi, RealPage, Lead2Lease, OnsiteCheck out our Company and Community reviews!https://www.ipgliving.com/careershttps://www.ipgliving.com/resident-testimonialsIf you are interested in having quick chat about this position, click apply now and we will reach out to you shortly!
