This role involves assisting with the assembly of heavy equipment and power generation enclosures in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the assembly of mechanical components and equipment according to work instructions and production specificationsGather, organize, and prepare parts, tools, and materials for assemblyUse basic hand and power tools safely and correctlyHelp move materials and finished products throughout the facility using pallet jacks or other approved equipmentInspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and report any defects or concernsPackage, label, and prepare finished products for shipping or storageMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shiftFollow production schedules and supervisor instructions to meet daily production goalsSupport other manufacturing and warehouse tasks as assignedSafety & QualityMandatory PPE required: Steel toes, Hard Hat, Hi-Vis vest and safety glassesFollow all company safety policies and OSHA regulationsWear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all timesPerform work according to established quality standardsReport safety concerns, equipment issues, or product defects promptlyQualifications:Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience is an asset but not requiredAbility to use basic hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityDependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basisAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftComfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
