Sitetracker Developer

Experience: 5–10 years Domain: Telecom Location: Princeton, NJ (Onsite) Engagement Model: Managed Capacity / POD-based delivery Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Sitetracker Developer to support Telecom project lifecycle applications, specifically around site acquisition, construction, and asset management workflows. The role involves end-to-end development, customization, and integration of Sitetracker (built on Salesforce) within a complex enterprise ecosystem including systems such as CCIsites, GIS, CRM, and enterprise integration platforms. The developer will operate within an agile POD, owning design, development, testing, and deployment of enhancements and integrations aligned with engineering work order model. Responsibilities 1.Sitetracker Development & Customization •Design and develop custom objects, workflows, and automation within Sitetracker (Salesforce platform) •Configure project lifecycle workflows (site acquisition → leasing → construction → operations) •Extend Sitetracker capabilities using: oApex classes & triggers oLightning Components (LWC/Aura) oVisualforce (where applicable) •Implement role-based access, validation rules, and business logic 2.Integration & API Engineering •Develop and maintain integrations between Sitetracker and enterprise systems such as: oCCIsites oCRM / Dynamics / ServiceNow oGIS and external vendor systems •Design and implement: oREST/SOAP APIs oMiddleware-based integrations (AWS/Lambda/API Gateway, etc.) oEnsure contract-based integration and regression stability 3.Telecom Domain Alignment •Support telecom-specific use cases: oTower/site lifecycle management oLease & asset tracking oField service workflows oSite power and construction tracking •Translate business requirements into scalable Sitetracker technical solutions 4.Agile POD Delivery Ownership •Work within integration-focused engineering PODs delivering end-to-end features •Participate in: oSprint planning, backlog grooming, demos oStory estimation & technical spikes •Own: oTechnical design oDevelopment oUnit testing & deployment 5.Quality Engineering & DevOps •Develop unit tests and support integration testing using tools like Postman •Ensure compliance with: oCI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Harness) oCode quality, security, and governance standards •Support regression, defect resolution, and performance optimization 6.Production Support & Enhancements •Provide L2/L3 support for Sitetracker-related issues •Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes •Drive continuous improvement and automation in workflows Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills •Strong experience in: oSalesforce Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows) oSitetracker (mandatory / preferred) •Integration experience: oREST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture •Cloud & DevOps: oAWS basics (Lambda, API Gateway) oCI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins/Harness) •Testing: oUnit testing frameworks, API testing tools (Postman) Domain Expertise •Telecom domain experience preferred: oTower/site lifecycle oField service processes oAsset and lease management systems Soft Skills •Strong stakeholder communication (business + IT teams) •Ability to work in client-facing agile delivery model •Ownership mindset—capable of handling end-to-end delivery within POD Preferred Certifications •Salesforce Platform Developer I / II •Salesforce Administrator •Sitetracker Certification (good to have) KPIs / Success Metrics •On-time delivery of enhancements (aligned with sprint velocity) •Defect leakage and quality improvements •Integration reliability and regression stability •SLA adherence for production support Additional Information This is initially a contract role, offering the opportunity to demonstrate significant impact on our automation programs. Based on fit and performance, there is potential for this role to convert into a full-time position.
