Job Overview The Qualified Supervisor at FC Consulting plays a critical role in overseeing the delivery of effective applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. This position involves supervising and mentoring clinical staff, developing treatment plans, and ensuring ethical, client-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and provide ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCaBAs, and BCBAs in training. Oversee client assessments and the creation of individualized treatment plans. Monitor the implementation of ABA interventions to ensure high-quality service and treatment fidelity. Work directly with caregivers and families to provide training and support, fostering generalization of skills. Analyze data and client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and professional standards. Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to support professional growth. Stay updated on advancements in ABA practices and ensure alignment with evidence-based methods. Collaborate with autism centers and clients to ensure smooth operations and positive outcomes.
