Analyst - Warehouse Lending Execution
Job Description:Guggenheim Asset-Backed Finance CompanyPosition SummaryGuggenheim Asset-Backed Finance Company is establishing a warehouse lending business and is seeking an Analyst to support the build-out and ongoing execution of this platform. The Analyst will work closely with senior professionals to help execute Warehouse, Delayed Draw, Term ABS and other securitized product transactions across a variety of asset classes.This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in warehouse lending origination, credit analysis, execution and structuring, while working in a lean, entrepreneurial team within a leading investment banking platform. The position will be based in Guggenheim's New York office.Essential Job FunctionsAssisting in the execution of Warehouse, Delayed Draw, Term ABS, Origination and other securitized products transactions across a variety of asset classesSupporting deal due diligence and credit vetting, including review and analysis of underlying collateral data and transaction counterpartiesAssisting in coordination with internal and external transaction parties throughout the transaction execution lifecycleSupporting project management and ratings workstreams, including preparation of materials for internal approvals and rating agency processesDeveloping and maintaining cash flow models for warehouse facilities and related securitizations, and performing portfolio and historical performance data analysis across various asset classesHelping prepare internal and external materials, including marketing presentations, term sheets and other transaction documentationAssisting in the development and maintenance of databases and tools used by the team to track facilities, transaction terms, pricing, investor participation and other key metricsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree1-3 years of experience of experience as an analyst in a structured products, warehouse lending, securitization, credit, or related group at a major financial institution, top tier accounting firm, or rating agencyStrong quantitative and analytical skills, with demonstrated Microsoft Excel modeling experience, familiarity with VBA a plusExperience with cash flow modeling of warehouse facilities and/or ABS, CLO or other types of securitized productsBasic familiarity or demonstrable interest in warehouse lending and securitization structuresDetail-oriented and organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly present analytical findingsResourcefulness, intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm, with a willingness to take initiative and operate as part of a lean deal teamWork LocationCurrently, this role is expected to be in the New York office at least 4 days per week.SalaryAnnual base salary between $110,000 and $135,000.The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience.
