These are the kinds of experiences that all young people need to feed their curiosity, learn about their world, build confidence and stay on track in school.ABOUT THE POSITIONBCYF seeks a Director of Capacity Building responsible for grantee technical assistance functions. Reporting to the President, the Director of Capacity Building designs, implements, and amplifies various development and learning opportunities for grantees and the local youth development community, in addition to the systems and protocols to ensure effective participatory grantmaking decisions.COMPENSATION$105,000 - $120,000HOW TO APPLYClick here for more information or to apply.
