Get paid weekly!After 90 days, employees become eligible for $21/hour pay and healthcare benefitsScheduled days are limited to 5 days per week. Consistent weekly schedule of 40 hours! We have developed a clear path for motivated Team Members to grow from Attendant to Site Manager with salary, health benefits, and paid time off!All of our Team Members wash their cars for FREE!Responsibilities:Providing superior customer service with a friendly, energetic attitudeMaintaining an incredibly welcoming facility, including general cleaning and organizingAssisting customers with their selection and purchase at the pay stationsActively explain and offer monthly car wash membership options to customersSafely loading vehicles onto the tunnel conveyer systemAssisting customers with their club membership at the POS computer systemPerforming routine maintenance and repairsRequirements:Must have an outstanding work ethic, be teachable and coachable, be a contributing team member, and be willing to execute at a high standard, the Swift Wash wayMust be available to work any shift on any day of the week and select holidays. Ability to frequently use general maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment such as, but not limited to, pressure washers, lawn care equipment, snow and ice removal equipment, ladders, hand tools, etcWillingness to follow company uniform and appearance standards at all timesAbility to frequently handle and use chemicals and general cleaning suppliesAbility to frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and climb (ladders, etc.)Ability to work in variable weather conditions and in a loud environmentMust have a valid driver's licenseMust be 18 or olderMust be a US citizen or have valid work authorizationWhy Work for Us?You will be a part of a culture of excellence, where the team invests in both you and your career.
