We partner with contractors, developers, and municipalities to deliver high-quality, environmentally responsible projects. We are seeking a driven and organized Project Manager to join our growing team. Position Summary The Project Manager will oversee erosion control and site development projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating field operations, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple erosion control and stormwater projects simultaneously Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure compliance with SWPPP, environmental regulations, and safety standards Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders Prepare and submit project reports, documentation, and change orders Identify and resolve project risks and issues proactively Collaborate with estimating and operations teams on project planning Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience in erosion control, construction, or related field Strong understanding of SWPPP and environmental compliance Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Strong communication and leadership abilities Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites Preferred Qualifications Experience in civil construction or environmental services OSHA certification PMP or similar certification (a plus but not required) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Opportunities for growth and advancement How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience with erosion control or related projects.
