This could transition into full time eventually. This role provides high-level executive administrative assistance, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing meeting materials for leadership. Daily responsibilities include handling correspondence, drafting and formatting documents and presentations, organizing files, and maintaining accurate records and reports. Strong accounting skills are desired. The Executive Assistant will manage expense reports, support tracking of budgets, and assist with invoice processing and approvals. The role also involves serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication, coordinating logistics for events or property-related meetings, and proactively anticipating executive needs to enable efficient decision-making.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.Candidates should possess experience handling Expense Reports and basic financial administration, such as reimbursement tracking and invoice support.Candidates should possess robust Executive Support capabilities, including prioritizing tasks, managing confidential information, and supporting strategic initiatives.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, including organization, record-keeping, and proficiency with office productivity tools.Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in real estate or property management environments, strong accounting and time management skills, and attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity suites, scheduling tools, and basic project tracking applications is preferred.An associate or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is advantageous.
