This position reports to the Director of F&B.Job Posting DeadlineApplications for this position will be accepted until April 19, 2026.Essential Job Functions/Key Job ResponsibilitiesAnswer all incoming calls for all restaurants according to Forbes 5-star standards while assist guest needs over the phone or via emailActively guides the guest through the reservation process including reservation times, table splits, special menus, general dietary restrictions and seating preferencesMakes, changes or cancels any reservations according to the reservation guidelinesComplete reservations properly in the dining reservation softwareMaximizes restaurant seating and adheres to space and capacity constraintsWell versed in menu offerings and able to answer general questions related to menu itemsMake sure that all restaurant-menus are current and up to dateEnsure that all private dining menus are ready before the actual meal periodMake copies, files and completes paperwork as neededOther duties as assignedQualificationsEducation & Experience Requirements* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred* One-year related experience requiredKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesUnderstanding on how to assist customers and meet their needs effectivelyProficient in the following; maintenance software (Alice), menu editing software (In Design), restaurant reservation software (Resy) and Microsoft Office programsKnowledge of wine, food and cooking methodsKnowledge of company policies and proceduresDemonstrates expertise in the technical aspect of the jobAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyAbility to do basic problem-solvingProficiency in communicating clearly both verbally and in writing to team members and customersAbility to identify straightforward issues and propose simple solutionsCompletes tasks and goals efficiently and effectivelyAbility to quickly adapt to changes in processes, customer flow, environments, and tasksAbility to engage with customers in a positive and helpful mannerAbility to work independently with minimal supervision, completing work at a high standardAbility to be a team player, working collaboratively with othersAdditional InformationWork Environment & Physical DemandsAbility to stand, type and sit at desk/computer for most of the work shift executing repetitive movementsNo adverse or hazardous conditionsNot required, but preferred to be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 lbs. individually or with assistanceJob BenefitsThis position is classified as a regular full-time position eligible for the following benefits:Enrollment dates differ across the various programs.Health, Dental and Vision Insurance ProgramsFlexible Spending Account ProgramsLife Insurance ProgramsPaid Time Off ProgramsPaid Leave Programs401(k) Savings PlanEmployee Ski Pass and Dependent Ski PassesOther company perksThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
