A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant to lead large scale, cross-functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities Assist in business case development and optimize business unit performance through alignment of policy, process, and technology Lead initiatives aimed at performance improvement, financial gains, customer satisfaction, and compliance Perform detailed analysis of data and workflows while providing policy guidance and organizing work teams for project success Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required Master's Degree in a related field preferred 5+ years of experience in health care, insurance, or a related field required Demonstrated experience in training, presenting, and facilitating required Knowledge and experience in leveraging IT solutions
