Customer Service Manager – Washroom AccessoriesLocation: Yonkers officeWorking Hours: 8:30-5:00Remuneration: $85,000 - $95,000 & benefits packageThe role of the Customer Service Supervisor – Washroom Accessories will involve:Customer Service Representative/Internal Sales position promoting a range of washroom accessoriesManaging a team of circa 15 internal staffProvide support running the day to day customer service function from quotation phase to after salesHelping to service accounts and respond to inbound customer enquiriesParticipate in meetings and activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performanceGenerating leads and developing client relationshipsHelp the marketing and purchasing teams to grow overall revenueAnalyse problematic situations and provide solutions to ensure company growthAll of your time will be spent working from the Yonkers officeThe ideal applicant will be a Customer Service Supervisor – Washroom Accessories with:Must have 2 years’ customer service experienceMust have people management experience Ideally have experience with related products such as: cubicles, bathrooms cubicles, washrooms, panels, bathroom panels, washroom accessories, duct panels, lockers, benches, door hardware, ironmongery, laminates, worktops, decorative surfaces and durable surfaces (not essential) Would consider other construction related backgroundsIT literateAbility to hit the ground runningLooking for longevity in careerEnergy, passion and enthusiastic
