This is are long-term temp-to-hire opportunity with growth potential for dependable candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Schedule/Pay: Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM$20/hour with increase to $22/hour upon conversionWhat You’ll Be DoingPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipmentLoad and unload trucks and deliveriesSupport shipping and receiving operationsAssist with inventory counts and product transfersOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safelyComplete data entry and maintain accurate recordsMaintain clean and organized warehouse, cooler, and freezer areasFollow GMPs, SOPs, and safety procedures at all timesSupport overall warehouse and production operations as neededWhat You BringMinimum 1 year of forklift experience requiredMust have a clean driving record (MVR required)Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferredExperience operating pallet jacks and warehouse equipmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detailComfortable lifting up to 55 lbs.Reliable attendance and strong work ethicBasic computer skills including Outlook, Word, or Excel preferredBilingual English/Spanish is a plusFlexibility to work overtime or weekends as neededAbout Star Staffing:A women-powered workforce solutions and staffing company serving Northern California with offices in Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Napa, Sacramento, Lodi, Hayward, and Modesto.
