Position Summary
We are seeking a high-performance Closer to join our expanding sales organization in Central Florida.
This role is ideal for a driven, disciplined sales professional who excels at turning qualified leads into long-term business relationships. You’ll navigate complex sales cycles, uncover client pain points, and deliver tailored solutions that reinforce BDA Systems’ reputation for reliability and technical excellence.
Compensation & Rewards
Base Salary 52k-75k Annually

Key Responsibilities
Convert qualified appointments into awarded projects using a consultative, value-driven sales process
Establish, grow, and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, developers, and electrical companies throughout the Tampa Bay and surrounding Central Florida markets
Conduct on-site and virtual meetings to assess project needs and present value-driven solutions.
Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless proposal delivery and client satisfaction.
Track all interactions, proposals, and pipeline movement in the company CRM.
Maintain and exceed KPIs including call volume, meetings held, proposal value, and close rate.
Participate in regular sales coaching and performance reviews
Represent BDA Systems at trade events, association meetings, and client networking functions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Appointments Closed: Conversion rate from qualified appointments.
Monthly Revenue Generated: Sales volume booked and accepted by Operations.
Pipeline Accuracy: Forecast vs. actual performance.
Client Retention: Repeat business and referral rate.
Engagement Activity: Calls, meetings, and client interaction time.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B construction, fire protection, electrical contracting, or life-safety system sales.
Proven success in closing mid- to high-value technical projects ($50K–$500K+).
Strong command of Sales or comparable consultative selling frameworks.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Self-starter with the discipline to manage a regional territory and exceed performance metrics.
CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or equivalent).
Willingness to travel regularly across the Central Florida Region
