Insurance and Employee Benefit FundsOther Investment Pools and FundsProfessional and Commercial Equipment and Supplies Merchant WholesalersLessors of Nonfinancial Intangible Assets (except Copyrighted Works)Administration of Environmental Quality ProgramsRole: IT Asset Management AnalystLocation: Irvine, CA - 5 days onsiteJob Description:The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the life cycle management of IT hardware and software assets.Manage stock room and IT inventory that includes hardware (desktops, laptops, monitors, servers, hardware, and peripherals) and software assets at multiple locationsPrepare inventory reports as needed on current inventory and perform cycle counts, as well as other inventory reconciliationsSupport inventory audits and implement inventory controlsPick, pack, and ship inventory to remote users and locations as neededDevelop life-cycle management programs for infrastructure assets and other Tangible Capital AssetsIncorporate existing asset management processes, tools, and initiatives into a single corporate reporting structure and inventory system in SAPCoordinate, collect, and/or perform condition assessments of infrastructure assets on an ongoing basisWork with various departments to estimate future costs for replacement, rehabilitation, or general maintenance requirements for all assets using industry standard practicesReview impacts of continued growth of existing assets with consideration to resources required to maintain service levels as well as identify future service expansion and required resourcesCollaborate with the Financial Analyst to provide technical information for the Long-Term Financial Planning, Tangible Capital Assets, and Full Cost Accounting functionReview, research, and report on technical specifications and standards related to IT infrastructure construction and maintenance to improve current programs and systemsPerform cost/benefit analysis and risk management analysis related to asset managementReview, refine, and update asset management plans on a tri-annual basisUndertakes other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as required, within the scope of the position or as assignedRequired Skills:3+ years shipping and receiving experience3+ years of inventory management experience in a corporate environmentDemonstrated experience supporting inventory reconciliation and reportingUnderstanding of computer devices– laptops, docking stations, and cableAble to lift/stock/move items up to 40 lbs. with no assistanceHands on SAP inventory experienceHands on Excel reporting and basic analyticsPowered by JazzHRaFfBUSkeJN
