Recruitment Manager (Minnetonka)
Role OverviewThe Recruitment Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling the recruitment team to support our growing IT staffing and enterprise solutions business. This role requires a strong understanding of technical recruiting, team leadership, and client-driven hiring needs.You will oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, drive performance, and ensure high-quality candidate delivery across multiple client accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of recruiters (junior to senior level)Drive full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (contract, C2C, full-time)Partner with Sales teams to understand client requirementsDevelop and implement effective sourcing and recruiting strategiesMonitor team performance (submissions, interviews, placements, conversions)Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet client SLAsBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines across key technologiesTrain, mentor, and upskill recruitment team membersOptimize use of ATS, CRM, and sourcing toolsImprove recruitment processes, workflows, and reporting metricsEnsure high candidate experience and engagement throughout the hiring processStay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availabilityRequired Qualifications6+ years of experience in IT recruiting or staffing2+ years of experience managing or leading recruitment teamsStrong experience with US staffing (W2, C2C, 1099, contract roles)Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and managing team KPIsExperience working with job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS/CRM systemsStrong understanding of technical roles (software development, cloud, data, etc.)Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with enterprise clientsBackground in both agency staffing and/or in-house recruitingExperience scaling recruitment teams in a high-growth environmentFamiliarity with offshore/onshore recruiting models
