To learn more, please visit www.ierustech.com.DescriptionThis is an opportunity to join the IERUS team as a Manufacturing Engineer supporting a large Missile Defense Agency (MDA) program.Responsibilities\nImplement manufacturing processes, procedures and equipment installation, processing, fabrication, and material handling.\nUtilize computer aided manufacturing software to achieve greater efficiency, cost reduction and quality improvement.\nCreate and analyze 3D based model data environment to optimize manufacturing process and digital work instructions.\nLeverage understanding of materials and automatic processes to define operations procedures and build sequences to drive operational excellence.\nInvestigate and initiate corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure operational excellence.\nIntegrate reporting and data analytics solutions for continuous improvement.\nProvides input to product design regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.\n\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Aerospace or a related engineering discipline preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.\n5+ years previous experience as a manufacturing engineer in a production environment.\nKnowledge of manufacturing principles and/or production line setup, launch and/or development.\nExperience creating manufacturing work instructions and/or standard operating procedures.\nKnowledge of manufacturing bill of materials, creation, edit, and/or maintenance.\n\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience in Aerospace manufacturing reviewing engineering, producibility, writing work instructions/SOPs, Windchill EPDM, Creo, SAP experience is a plus.\nPrior experience with THAAD and FMB programs preferred.\n\nClearanceMust be a U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearanceLocationCourtland, ALIERUS Technologies is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
