We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Japanese Scalp Facial Cosmetologist/Trichologist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Perform specialized Japanese scalp facials, focusing on techniques that promote scalp health, relaxation, and hair growth. Conduct thorough scalp and hair consultations to assess clients' needs and recommend personalized treatment plans. Utilize trichology expertise to diagnose scalp and hair conditions and provide appropriate treatments. Maintain detailed client records, tracking progress and updating treatment plans as needed. Educate clients on scalp health, hair care routines, and products to enhance treatment outcomes. Collaborate with other spa professionals to provide comprehensive care and ensure client satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in trichology and scalp treatments. Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols. Qualifications: Certified Cosmetology License required, with a background in Japanese scalp facial techniques and esthetics preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a spa or wellness center preferred, but not necessary. In-depth knowledge of scalp and hair conditions, along with the ability to recommend and perform appropriate treatments. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
