**Position Requirements**Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center is seeking Anesthesiologists to join its collaborative anesthesia team in Riverside. The hospital provides a supportive community-based practice environment with a strong focus on patient care, clinical quality, and operational efficiency.This opportunity offers flexibility, autonomy, and exposure to a broad mix of routine surgical cases within a collegial anesthesia department.**Case Assignments**Primarily bread-and-butter anesthesia cases.**Schedule**Seeking both Full-Time/Part-Time Anesthesiologists**Compensation*** Daily rate range: $1,600 – $4,000/day* 1099 Independent Contractor model* Compensation varies based on: + Shift structure + Call participation + Coverage needs**Team Leadership**Collaborative physician-led anesthesia department**Responsibilities*** Assist in the directing and coordinating of activities in the Anesthesia Department* Responsible for the medical management of patients undergoing surgical and procedural care* Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations* Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures* Provide post-anesthesia patient care and evaluations* Maintain accurate clinical documentation* Participate in collaborative perioperative care**Requirements*** M.D./D.O.
