PARTS EXPEDITOR

Position Description: Provide customer service support in person and by phone or email. Assist in keeping office and the supply warehouse neat and orderly at all times. Complete paperwork legibly and enter data into computer accurately Ordering/Purchasing of parts and supplies, maintaining Purchase Card log and receipts for purchases. Pull parts and deliver them to technicians on the shop floor. Skill Required: Ability to check incoming parts/supplies against invoices,packing slips and related documents for accuracy Knowledge in basic computer programs and applications such as Microsoft Windows Ability to provide customer service;understanding the customer’s needs. Experience Required: Three years of experience in an automotive/heavy equipment parts supply operation involving responsibility for receiving, stocking, and issuing a wide variety of automotive/heavy equipment parts/supplies. Job Type: Contract Pay: $21.33 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: Management: 1 year (Preferred) automotive/heavy equipment parts supply: 3 years (Required) Shipping & receiving: 3 years (Required) Stocking: 2 years (Required) issuing equipment parts/supplies: 1 year (Required) Microsoft Windows: 3 years (Preferred) customer service: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
