If you take pride in safe practices, tight tolerances, and doing the job right, we want to meet you.About the RoleIndependently set up, operate, and adjust CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components to specification.Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T requirements to ensure accurate machining and inspections.Troubleshoot machine and process issues, making necessary tool and work offset adjustments to maintain part conformity and production flow.Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, keeping a clean, organized, and efficient work area at all times.Engage in continuous skill development, participating in training programs and completing additional duties as assigned to support team and production goals.About YouYou're the kind of machinist who thrives on solving problems, mastering intricate setups, and bringing blueprints to life with precision.
