Senior Accountant | Renewable Energy | Central Oregon | $100K–$125KA fast-growing company in the renewable energy sector is seeking a Senior Accountant to help accelerate the month-end close process, improve reporting, and drive accounting process improvements.This is a highly visible role reporting to the Controller and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with strong growth potential.Key Responsibilities:Lead month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliationsManage general ledger and intercompany accountingAnalyze financial results and investigate unusual variancesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and job costingAssist with audits and strengthen internal controlsMentor junior accounting staff and help improve systems and processesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting5+ years of accounting experience in construction, manufacturing, or field servicesStrong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skillsExperience with ERP systems; CPA/CMA is a plusThis is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative company helping drive the transition to renewable energy while enjoying a high quality of life in Central Oregon.
