We value innovation and personalized solutions to create products that meet our clients' unique requirements.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Assembly Worker role located in Fort Mill, SC. The Assembly Worker will be responsible for performing small product assembly tasks, sorting and counting components, and ensuring that manufactured and printed products meet our quality standards. Additional responsibilities include participating in light manufacturing processes, conducting quality control checks, and assisting with any necessary training to ensure production goals are met. Work is performed on-site at our Fort Mill, SC facility between 8AM and 5PM, Monday to Friday.QualificationsProficiency in using hand tools and performing light mechanical assembly tasksAbility to accurately place small objects within a small target area using your handsExperience in quality control practices to ensure products meet company standardsUnderstanding of manufacturing processes and proceduresAbility to effectively participate in and benefit from training sessionsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions preciselyGood organizational and time management skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work efficiently in a team-oriented environmentAbility to stand or sit for long periods of timeAbility to lift up to 30 pounds overhead
