Job Opportunity: Industrial Construction Project Manager (Bi-Lingual)Location: Texas, USA (Negotiable)About the Role: Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager with a background in civil engineering and industrial plant projects? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to lead the implementation of key industrial plant construction projects for our client. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle—safety, quality, cost control, progress tracking, and team management—while ensuring seamless communication and coordination across various stakeholders. If you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy solving complex challenges, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Lead and oversee the implementation of civil engineering projects on-site for industrial plants, ensuring timely and successful completion.Quality & Safety Management: Take charge of key project elements such as safety, quality control, progress tracking, and cost management, ensuring all milestones are met.Documentation Management: Organize and maintain all project-related materials, drawings, and documentation throughout the construction process.Team Coordination: Manage project team members and facilitate effective communication between clients, construction teams, and other relevant parties to resolve issues efficiently.Ad Hoc Tasks: Complete any additional tasks assigned by senior management, contributing to the overall success of the projects.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management, ideally with a focus on industrial or large-scale plant construction.Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software and standard office software (MS Office, etc.).Language Skills: Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, to interact with international stakeholders.Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving, leadership, and team collaboration skills.Attention to Detail: Strong organizational abilities, with a meticulous and patient approach to work.Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of civil engineering theory, project management processes, and construction methods.Additional Preferences: US or Mexican visa holders are preferred.Why Join Us?
