It has more golf properties named among the top 100 U.S. public and resort courses as rated by GOLF Magazine, Golf Digest and Golfweek than any other management company. Position Summary:KemperSports is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Loyalty & Insights Specialist to support customer experience, loyalty, and research initiatives across our portfolio.This role will play a key part in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on customer feedback and loyalty performance, helping deliver insights that inform Marketing and business decisions. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, and comfortable working with data, with a strong interest in customer experience and the game of golf.This position reports to the Director of Loyalty & Insights. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Customer Insights & ReportingSupport the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports within our research platform, MedalliaAssist in analyzing customer feedback, survey results, and operational data to identify trends and insightsContribute to monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis for Marketing and leadership teamsHelp translate data into clear, actionable summaries for internal stakeholders Loyalty Program SupportAssist in the day-to-day support of the Frequent Fairways loyalty programTrack program performance and support reporting on engagement, rewards, and participationCreate and distribute communications and updates with participating properties and Marketing partners Survey & Research SupportSupport the execution of enterprise surveys, including customer, client, and internal team surveysAssist with survey setup, distribution, and data compilationContribute to analysis and reporting of research findingsSupport ongoing research initiatives that inform brand and growth strategy (e.g., Women in Golf) Platform & Data ManagementAssist with Medallia platform maintenance, including basic configuration updates and quality checksSupport onboarding of new properties to the platform, including data setup and training coordinationHelp troubleshoot user issues and ensure data accuracy and consistency Qualifications:Core CompetenciesPositive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learnStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesComfortable working with data and identifying patternsStrong communication skills, with the ability to summarize insights clearly Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)Experience with data analysis, dashboards, or reporting tools preferredFamiliarity with survey tools or customer experience platforms (Medallia a plus) ExperienceInternship experience in data, marketing, or hospitality is a plus1–3 years of experience in analytics, marketing, research, or a related field preferredInterest in or knowledge of golf preferred Classification:Full-Time, Exempt, Year-Round
