SUMMARY: Responsible for accurate payout of slot machine jackpots and all paperwork for those transactions. Responsible for ensuring a timely response to customer's needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately paying out all slot machine jackpots and completing all paperwork.
Servicing minor slot machine malfunctions.
Able to perform basic preventative machine maintenance.
Verifying change bank impress totals, preparing paperwork, closing and opening banks.
Knowing slot machine code errors.
Maintain a constant presence throughout the casino floor in order to assist guests on how to play and read the machines
Complete necessary sign in and out sheets for radios/keys.
Understand and follow proper procedures for radio usage.

QUALIFICATIONS

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission License.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
