This position involves reviewing, organizing, and validating financial documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and organize vendor records in preparation for ERP system migrationLocate and verify supplier documentation, including:InvoicesW-9 formsEnsure all vendor files are complete, accurate, and compliantMaintain organized digital records and tracking systemsUtilize Excel to manage and validate data setsFollow direction while also working independently to meet deadlinesWhat We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistencyComfortable working with Excel and large data setsCapable of taking direction and working independentlyPositive attitude and a strong team-oriented mindsetPreferred (but not required): Background in Accounts Payable or financial data entrySchedule & Work EnvironmentFully onsite positionFlexible start time (early morning preferred; around 7:308:00 AM or earlier)Flexible lunch scheduleCompensation & BenefitsPay Rate: Approximately $23/hourBenefits offered, including:Medical, dental, and vision coveragePaid Time Off starting at 2 weeksGrowth OpportunityThis role is tied to a high-impact ERP implementation project.
