We’re looking for aCrew Leader.Can you picture yourself here?The Pay Range for this role is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour and is determined based on Previous related Work Experience as well as any licenses /certifications you currently hold.This role REQUIRES a Driver's license. Candidates without a Driver's license will be moved to another open position that does not require one or rejected if no openings would qualify. Candidates with a Chauffeur's license will take priority over all other Candidates.Here’s What You’d DoYou’d flex your leadership skills, directing the work of 2-5 team members. You’d ensure assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Our crew leaders oversee crews in varying service lines, including basic maintenance, landscape installation, and supportive services like irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications.You’d Be Responsible ForPerformance & Quality:Overseeing day-to-day site operations and delegating work to crew membersMaintaining a schedule, and ensuring service expectations are metIdentifying more efficient ways to perform workClient Satisfaction:Surfacing client concerns to the Production Manager and proactively assisting in achieving a resolutionCrew Management:Providing the Production Manager with feedback on crew membersAssisting the Production Manager in the development and training of crew membersTurning in accurate crew time logsSafety:Ensuring all crew members perform their work safely and in accordance with company policiesEnsuring equipment is in good working order and receives appropriate preventative maintenanceLogging equipment usage and maintenance cyclesYou Might Be a Good Fit If You HaveEquivalent experience in a landscape-related fieldHere’s What To Know About Working HereHere at BrightView, we’re as passionate about caring for our clients as we are about caring for each other.
