You will build your skills and confidence to identify, engage and add value to the top engineering talent within the New York and SF market. Initially, youll focus on theresearch and candidate side(180 recruitment), including: Market mapping and data research Optimising our tools and technology for maximum impact Sourcing and engaging high-calibre technology professionals Conducting interviews and candidate assessments Supporting senior team members with client projects Learning the art of relationship management and talent advisory Once youve mastered the foundations,you choose your pathto either progress as a seniorRecruitment Researcheror step into a360 Consultantrole with a sales and client focus.
