POSITION SUMMARY Scan all medical reports and type medical dictation as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Accurately scans all medical records/forms/correspondence into the EHR. Enters ROI requests into Cerner log and prepares records for release to patients, other medical facilities, insurance companies and attorneys. High school graduate preferred. Courses in medical terminology and typing, preferred. Experience using scanner, computer and dictation equipment, required.
