ResponsibilitiesMaintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current/future positionsConduct interviews via phone, virtual, or in-personQualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviewsServe as contact person for questions from candidatesMeet weekly quotas related to calls and emailsQualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's DegreeHigh-energy and passionOpen to motivated entry‑level candidatesComfort handling high‑volume recruiting environmentsPrior recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or call‑center experienceInterest in building a long‑term career in recruiting or talent acquisition
