The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the performance of a range of full-service and select-service branded hotels, with a focus on financial acumen, disciplined execution, and operational experience. Key responsibilities for this role include leading multi-property hotel operations with full P&L accountability, driving revenue growth, and ensuring brand compliance and guest satisfaction standards. The SVP will also be expected to partner with ownership on strategy, performance optimization, and growth, as well as to lead and develop General Managers and senior leaders.Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong preference for those with a background in multi-property or regional leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of financial fluency, operational discipline, and a goal-oriented, results-driven leadership style.
