About This Role:
The Technical Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring and supporting critical software applications and complex technical solutions. The Technical Systems Analyst collaborates with business users to ensure efficient use of technology investments across the organization and collaborates with other IT technical team members to develop solutions to support company business processes and strategic objectives. The Technical Systems Analyst continuously strives to optimize user experience with software applications.
**THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE YOU TO WORK IN-OFFICE AT OUR MINNETONKA LOCATION WITH FLEXIBILITY TO WORK FROM HOME 1-2 DAYS PER WEEK**
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in maintaining and supporting IT platforms, particularly CRM and/or ERP.
Knowledge of data modelling (database concepts) and data visualization tools (like Visio).
Strong problem-solving abilities.
3+ years of experience using Transact SQL (TSQL) in production environments.
Ability to develop workflows between diverse systems using tools such as Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
Ability to develop screen mockups and process flow diagrams for proposed or existing system using tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, and Visio.
Report writing experience preferred – SSRS, Crystal Reports or similar tools.
Project management skills, including using project tools like Planner, JIRA, etc.
Advanced communication skills, both written and oral.
Be available for after-hours work for issue resolution and system upgrades as necessary.
Be someone that is excited about improving processes and helping drive efficiency and excellence.
Ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously with regular interruptions while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and maintain a high standard of professional courtesy, flexibility, confidentiality and discretion while working collaboratively in an office environment, independently and as a team member.
Ability to work with a wide variety of people.
Must pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
