As a Triage Nurse, you will be at the forefront of this mission, providing critical support and assessment to our patients in a timely and effective manner.As a Triage Nurse, you will serve as a critical first point of clinical contact for patients, using your experience and judgment to assess symptoms, determine acuity, and guide patients to the appropriate level of care. This role is ideal for an experienced nurse who thrives in a fast‐paced clinical environment, is confident making real‐time decisions, and values meaningful, in‐person patient interaction.This is a fully in‐office position and requires strong assessment skills and the ability to collaborate closely with care teams.ResponsibilitiesConduct initial patient assessments to evaluate severity of conditions and advise on appropriate care methodsDeliver effective communication with patients and their families regarding symptoms and treatment optionsDocument patient interactions accurately to ensure effective follow-up and continuity of careCollaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient health outcomesEducate patients about disease management and preventive health measuresUtilize clinical judgment to prioritize medical inquiries and facilitate patient placementEnsure a patient-centered experience at all points of contactRequirementsActive Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standingMinimum of 5 years of recent, in‐person nursing experiencePrior experience in triage, urgent care, emergency department, or other high‐acuity outpatient or inpatient settingsDemonstrated ability to perform rapid clinical assessments and make sound, independent decisionsStrong prioritization and critical‐thinking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to remain calm, focused, and compassionate in time‐sensitive or high‐pressure situationsSalary range: $75,000 - $100,0000 based on experience.BenefitsAmaze provides an extensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with paid time off and a 401(k) plan.
