Job Description:Create and evaluate complex chemistry prompts across organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, NMR spectroscopy, and molecular analytical characterizationApply adversarial prompting strategies to induce and document model reasoning errorsCritically assess the accuracy, depth, and scientific validity of AI-generated responsesContribute to quality standards and provide calibrated feedback to the broader teamRequirements:PhD in Chemistry or a closely related fieldGraduate-level expertise across multiple areas of ChemistryPermanently based in the USPrior hands-on experience in AI data annotation or RLHFExcellent written communication and analytical skills.Publications in peer-reviewed chemistry or physics journals (extra credit)Experience with adversarial prompting, model evaluation, or AI red teaming strongly preferred (extra credit)Teaching, tutoring, or curriculum development experience in physical chemistry or theoretical sciences (extra credit)Experience with computational chemistry tools (e.g., Gaussian, ORCA, MATLAB) (extra credit)Background in scientific annotation or technical quality assurance (extra credit).Benefits:Flexible hours — contribute as much or as little as you'd like each week.No minimum hours per week, capped at 40hrs/week.
